EDM stands for Electronic Direct Mail, It’s an effective marketing tool that reaches Carpet Court’s large database of customers to advertise our products and ongoing campaigns. A large portion of Carpet Court’s EDMs was my responsibility to design and build, creating engaging graphics and GIFs optimised towards those needing a flooring refresh.
